Pete has extensive experience in consumer goods manufacturing, resources, agri-business, higher education and financial services in Australia, Malaysia, UK and China. He holds a PhD and Masters in Operations Management, a Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a Bachelors in Applied Mathematics.
Pete has received global recognition for his research and thought leadership having been awarded the Emerald Publishing Outstanding Doctoral Research Award, Shingo Research Prize for Operations Excellence, and the Nottingham University International Scholarship.
He is well published on Knowledge Management, Process Improvement, Entrepreneurship and Social Capital and has lectured on Lean Manufacturing, Statistics, Quantitative methods, Operations Management and Marketing.

Nathan has lived and worked in a variety of places in Australia and around the world but considers the Eastern Beaches to be home. Among other qualifications, Nathan has a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from UNSW, a Masters in Military and Defence Studies from ANU, a Masters in Business Administration from UNSW AGSM, and has completed the Company Directors Course with AICD. He is currently a member of the management committee at North Bondi RSL. Nathan is excited to be involved in the Bondi and Districts Chamber of Commerce, helping build strong community connections and enabling our local business community to thrive.
